Three and Four Position Cylinders

Front Shock Absorbers
When moving heavier loads that require more cushion than the built in air-cushions, or for absorbing shock mid-stroke, shock absorbers are the perfect solution.
The front shocks come mounted to the face of the housing with a mounting plate (shown left).

Rear Shock Absorbers
Rear shocks are mounted on the shafts and can be slid along and clamped into place.
This design makes the unit more flexible to accomodate shortened strokes.

Stop Collars with Rubber Bumpers
The unique Threaded Fine-Adjust version makes stroke adjustment even easier!
Simply slide along the shaft and clamp in place.
Then rotate the knurled portion for up to 1/4" of fine stroke adjustment.
Ordinary stop collars are also available.

Position Sensors
Since all the pistons in Precision Pneumatics slides come standard as sensor-ready with a magnetic ring, adding sensors later is easy.
Whats more, they all share the same size dovetail sensors, making them interchangable.
They are available in 3-wire PNP, NPN, and 2 wire Reed Switch type.
They can also be ordered with 8mm quick-disconnect connectors and cables.

Cable Carrier
Precision Pneumatics takes all the hassle out of mounting and sizing cable carrier.
Cable carrier comes pre-mounted on special brackets allowing neat and safe transfer of electronics and pneumatics to and from your attached tooling.
Convenient slots on the outside surface allow pneumatic hoses and sensor wires to be added easily without any disassembly
