Threaded Fine-Adjust Stop Collars also come standard with rubber bumpers, and are available on either axis.
Simply slide the body of the collar in place and clamp like standard shaft collars.
Then rotate the knurled portion of the collar for up to .25" of fine stroke adjustment, and lock it in place.
When ordering Front Threaded Collars, the fully retracted gap (Dimension "C") is increased as shown, however - the total working stroke is not affected by this option.
Dimension "D" is standard on all dual slides with enough extra shaft for Rear Threaded Collars.
* Fully Retracted Gap is affected only by Front Threaded Collars. Stroke is not reduced.
** Minimum length of threaded collar in its fully closed position.
