Precision Pneumatics’ line of Fine Adjust Shaft Collars are unlike any shaft collar you’ve seen before. They allow easy and precise stroke adjustment for linear sliding guide rods and shafts.
To use, simply slide the whole collar in place and tighten as you would an ordinary clamping shaft collar. Then rotate the knurled nut portion for extra-fine adjustment. The nut has a clamping screw of its own to lock it in place.
There are 9 English and 8 Metric sizes designed to fit all brands of pneumatic linear actuators. Each size is available both in steel with a black oxide finish, and in stainless steel.
